 The Triple-A Baseball Million Dollar Package  

Triple-A Baseball sponsorship packages are individually tailored to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of each partner. The "Sample Million Dollar Package" below is intended to demonstrate the elements that a sponsor might receive in all 30 Triple-A ballparks for an entire season for $1M. The package would include 72 home dates in each park, plus the postseason involving 8 teams and 24-30 games.

Stadium Signage

Signage within the facility that is visible within the seating bowl.

On-Field Contest/ Lucky Fan Prizewinner Selection

Nightly between-inning event involving fan participation or selection to be developed based on sponsor or product.

Print Advertisement

Full-page, full-color advertisement in daily scorecard/program.

Public Address Announcements

Nightly announcement calling fans' attention to sponsor's advertisement or fan participation contest.

Videoboard/Matrix Spots

Use of the stadium scoreboard or matrix board to promote sponsor or product.

Giveaway Night

Item with sponsor's logo distributed to 5,000 fans entering the ballpark. Includes pre-event publicity and special involvement in pre-game activities on the night.

Radio Commercials

Two (2) 30: spots in each of the home/road radio broadcasts and playoff games as applicable.

Hospitality for 100

Reserved seat tickets to a game along with a pre-game party for 100 employees or clients to include beverages and a ballpark menu.

Season Tickets

Four (4) season tickets in a premium location for use by sponsor with employees or clients.

Official Sponsor Status

Labeled an Official Sponsor of Triple-A Baseball with benefits including:

  • Use of team and Triple-A names and logos in conjunction with program
  • Triple-A All-Star Game Package for four - (4) {box seats, 2 nights in host hotel, roundtrip airfare, VIP hospitality}
  • Two (2) 30: commercial units during both the national telecast and radio broadcast of Triple-A All-Star Game


In all 30 ballparks reaching over 14 million fans!

Sponsors simply get more bang for the buck when marketing in Triple-A ballparks. A similar package at the Major League sports level ranges from $200,000 to $750,000 per team. A $1,000,000 sponsorship at the Major League level would only buy:

  • 2-5 MLB Teams (Total attendance between 4.7 - 11.7 million fans)
  • 2-5 NHL Teams (Total attendance between 1.5 - 3.7 million fans)
  • 2-5 NBA Teams (Total attendance between 1.5 - 3.8 million fans)
  • 2-5 NFL Teams (Total attendance between 1.1 - 2.8 million fans)

To reach the 14 million fans Triple-A can provide with a $1 million sponsorship of all 30 teams, a sponsor would have to spend the following at the Major League level:

  • $1.2 - $4.4 million for MLB (Covers only 5.9 MLB Teams)
  • $3.7 - $14 million for NHL (Covers only 18.6 NHL Teams)
  • $3.6 - $13.7 million for NBA (Covers only 18.2 NBA Teams)
  • $5 - $18.6 million for NFL (Covers only 24.8 NFL Teams)
